Arrived on time

Arrived on time. Delivery team helpful. Couln't ask for more. Just hope everything ordered is contained therein!!

soak were good but delivery error

Products and customer service were good but DX delivery was not. I paid for next day delivery but apparently they sent the stuff to the wrong depot (not sure if that was Soak or DX) and so it took a further 2 days to arrive. Soak refunded the delivery charge straight away which was good. I would order from soak again though overall.

quality goods at a decent price

Excellent value for money and customer service. Good options and quality of goods. Only downside is having to arrange your own courier for any returns which could be expensive given the type of products they sell. Luckily I didn’t have to return snuggling. Really pleased with Soak

Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent web site, order process very good.
Delivery outstanding very quick packaged extremely well.
Lovely quality bathroom cabinet at a very good price.
