I love the shop and the prices, BUT THE DELIVERY DOESN'T WORK

I love the shop and the prices, and they always send everything fast.
The problem I had every single time that I ordered is that they work with the Austrian Post, and for some reason, they don't deliver the packages, they leave them directly in the pick up station and in the postbox they just put the notification of that they couldn't deliver it. Austrian Post does that every time, not only with their packages, but with ALL the packages.
As far as I know, there's no possibility to choose another delivery company. I still buy on their shop because the prices are really competitive, but it pisses me off that if I am ordering something online I have to assume that I will have to wait one extra day and also have to go to the pick up station when it is not really fitting my week schedule because it's not one of this 24h pick up stations, it's on a wine shop that opens few hours a day and those hours are not even convenient with my working hours.
If I would know that they will deliver the package when I order (like literally they can just leave it in the door, don't even have to knock to check if I'm home, that's how Amazon does it) I would order from then much more often, to be honest, because their prices are great, their offers are amazing and the process is always easy. I would really appreciate if they started to work with a delivery company that actually delivers the packages.

thank you for your detailed and honest feedback!

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option of selecting an alternative shipping provider or changing providers for each order when shipping to Austria. We also have no direct influence on specific delivery practices (e.g., direct deposit at the branch instead of delivery attempt).

What you could try:
Austrian Post offers the option of registering a delivery authorization or preferred delivery method. Sometimes this helps to ensure that the package is delivered directly to the address, if this is an option for you.
