They double charged me $100 and even though I sent an email to their support that same day. They refused to assist with anything at all and the. Stopped replying to my email. This is an absolute scam of a company and your money is better off literally anywhere else.

US Buyers Beware - good follow up from Snusme
I ordered product that was offered for sale. It was held in Memphis at fed ex for clearance and then FDA inspection. FDA sent a letter listing products that weren’t approved. Today nearly 3 months later and over $100 I was advised it was seized. When I wrote to Snusme throughout the process they assured me they sent everything they needed to customs and to contact Fed Ex. Basically the message was you’re out of luck. Beware that you risk losing the shipment you paid for.
Update 5/8- Snusme reached out and took care of the matter. Good follow up and customer service.

Great product selection and everything arrived as advertised. I took advantage of the three offers for $.99 that were offered at checkout. Had a small delay with customs in Memphis, but that was not the sellers fault. Everything cleared and I received all of my order. Thanks!

I don’t know what’s different about these, but I can go up to 15mgs and it doesn’t burn like American brands at 6 or 9 mgs. It’s just cleaner. And the flavors are fantastic! The company itself shipped them in a timely manner. Only problem I had was American customs are over zealous in their duties

Delivery service was terrible(5 days late,no updates and had to keep contacting them) and package was severely damaged(box ripped open,held by tape and product exposed).

Super fast shipping!! Excellent price!!
Order shipped fast! It made it from Sweden all the way to the states in under a day! Customs hold didn’t take too long only about four days and two of those days was over the weekend so technically, the package was only held in customs for two days which was awesome! The pouches arrived very fresh, and the prices are good zero complaints. I would highly recommend Snusme for authentic pouches you can’t find here in the states. Warning if you’re ordering to the states, your package Will be held by customs. I got lucky with only two days but times can vary. I’ll order it to the states are shipped duty paid so you won’t have to worry about extra fees for customs release snusme handles all of it but even with that your package is still not 100% guaranteed all in all I took a risk and it paid off I would highly recommend them and definitely will be ordering again!
