Easy to deal with smooth shipping to Canada. They are my usual go to for pouches.

I am very satisfied with Snus Direct's prompt filling of my order and quick delivery. I used UPS for the delivery service to Canada for many orders I have made to Snus Direct which was good; UPS provided regular updates for tracking when my order was accepted, shipped, and the delivery status during shipping and when to be received. I can always receive my order from Snus Direct in 5-6 days (from the order date made with Snus Direct) using UPS.
I do however, NOT recommend that Snus Direct offers a shipping option to Canada for orders through DHL Courier Services, nor recommend DHL for a delivery provider from Sweden into Canada! The small difference in shipping cost between DHL and UPS is not worth the grief and delivery delay! DHL was very user unfriendly and had a poor delivery timeline of your product into Canada. DHL will only deliver your product from the U.S.A border into Canada after me the customer personally completes the detailed export declaration documentation for Customs of your product (UPS completes all necessary export documentation as part of their delivery service) so it can be released for export from the U.S.A/Canada countries promptly! This DHL delivery issue causes an unreasonable delay for delivery to me and other Snus Direct customers into Canada. It took 3 weeks for delivery after placing my order with Snus Direct due to the unacceptable delivery protocols of DHL. Other customers of Snus Direct which I also know and have spoken with from Canada have experienced the same delays and poor Export/Declaration service when ordered your product using the DHL company for delivery! If DHL continues to be an option for shipping from Snus Direct, I believe that your customers in Canada should be made aware of the delayed shipping time into Canada using DHL. Thank you.

Always a good and fast service even to the other side of the world

I chose the option of just reordering a past order. Turned out one of the items was on back order. Snusdirect reached out to notify me and I was able to choose another option by responding to their email. My order was then shipped out immediately. Great customer service.
