Ordered endoscopes to connect to phone

Ordered endoscopes to connect to phone. When I received, they could not be used with apple smartphone only android. When I asked to return they at first offered to credit my payment form with 20% I refused as they are of no use to me. I attempted to call the phone number listed for the United States. It is out of service. I received an email stating I could return at my expense tonChina which they stated would be very costly! I responded and told this was not acceptable. They have not responded again when I asked them to reconsider due to their website not providing all information upon order. They never indicated it would be shipped from the China. Their add for their flashlight is misleading

Their add for their flashlight is absolutely false. It shows a very strong, bright flashlight but what you get is a cheap flashlight that is NOTHING like what is in the add. Don’t buy it you will be disappointed.

2nd review about this company

I ordered a Fraction puzzle set to help my grandson understand fractions better, from this company and received a pet toy. Tried several times to get intouch with the company to no avail. Tried by phone which was no longer in service and email a few times and as yet received no response. I am Very Upset. Would recommend thinking twice about ordering from them or don't order from them at all!!!

After a short waite the company did respond in a positive way. I was offered a full refund or a correction of my original order. I chose the refund and It appeared in my account within a few days with no issues. Thanks to the company for showing you do care about your customers after all. Thank you very much.

The product heated shawl— did not work

The product heated shawl— did not work. The shawl instructions did not match the shawl I received.
First, when I touched the zipper, it fell off. Contacted customer support- no help. Finally, I requested return instructions— well, I was offered 20% refund or return item to HONG KONG! at my own expense. Live and learn—- obviously I will never purchase anything from this sham company.

It's very easy to juice

It's very easy to juice, and it scrapes the orange peel clean. On a full charge, I can squeeze 10 large oranges. The only hard part is pushing down to separate the amin container from the bottom.
