Steve was very attentive and managed to repair our machines quickly and efficiently. Whilst one was being fixed we were able to borrow one from him to ensure there was no downtime in our production team.

Very happy with the service received. I was replacing a slicer that I had for 32 years and a small vac packer . They persuaded me to go for the next size up vacuum packer , so glad I did as not much in the price. Very knowledgeable and organised . The staff are amazing Martyn and Wayne , they talked me through the sharpening of the slicer and dismantling, to make sure I knew what I was doing, and advised on keeping it in good condition with the food grade oil.
