This is a company which cares about its customers while being able to provide a service which for some reason I don’t understand is better than a lot of other providers but is some how cheaper…. If I do quick math 2+2=4 I’m still confused. Anyways amazing people and amazing services, would only wish there was a 6 month payment option to not have to worry about making sure you Remeber to pay it lol.

I’ve always been hesitant about getting hosting because most of the time it’s based out of countries other than the United States. When I found Snowside Hosting and realized it was American owned and operated. I decided to give them a try, and oh my goodness I’m glad I did. This company has extraordinary service! Not only is the hardware top notch but their customer service is absolutely amazing (oh and their pricing is better than any where I’ve found so far). They are super fast at getting to support tickets and are very knowledgeable in what they do. They take time no matter when or where they are and make sure their customers are satisfied. When I tell you these guys know what they are doing, I'm not lying one bit. These guys have top-tier support, amazing hardware, little to no downtime and everything else you would want in a hosting provider.
These guys deliver some amazing hosting for an even more amazing price. Currently have their Website Hosting and 2 Virtual Private Servers and they run flawlessly for less than like $10 a month for all of it!

My experience with Snowside is a long on start back in March of 2021 Snowside has been in my hosting experience for almost a year and without some of the help the management has given me I don’t think some of the things I have now would be possible the contact between the client and the company is outstanding

Gonna be honest with this one here,

I went into this open minded as the old host was questioning every aspect of anything we did. If we wanted 10GBps networking we had to explain why we wanted it. As we were wanting it even if we weren't using it we still wanted it to expand into it.

Another great thing that came about this we went and bought a year colocation for our server. In bonus for prepaying for an entire year was also gifted 2 months free for the prepayment of the annual billing.

Have had great service with all the management team, have gotten my server upgraded into 10gbps no issues, working on our next upgrade for our server. Overall loving the service. (:
