What great service! Great that you can call for any q’s and they are also super quick to respond on an email. Needed an Avalanche backpack- their knowledge and speedy service had it covered, sent overnight. Brill TY!

Unfortunately, I had to return my order. It was an ORTOVOX ski back pack. The true colour was completely different from the website photo. I was really disappointed.

Wish I'd know about this company earlier. I stumbled across them while searching for an avalanche backpack. I was slightly concerned that I hadn't heard of them but they were cheaper and I read reviews on here. I ordered on New Years Eve and my Ortovox Litric bag was delivered early on 2nd Jan. That's pretty amazing.

Good selection of snow probes and shovels, good prices, great delivery and excellent customer service when I had a query.

If you are in any doubt an out using this website then don’t be!! My order of Ortovox Litric Avalanche bag arrived within 24 hours of my order. The bag is exactly as I wanted and it was much cheaper than any other shop online. Would definitely use again.
