Everything was simple to use and set up for a modded Minecraft server for my friends and me. We rarely had issues and any that did occur would either only require a restart or was something on my part. For such a great service, the cost was surprisingly cheap too.

The support team replies fast and their system are effecient.
The files for their hosting server are easy to modify and very beginner friendly. Good for first timers starting/hosting a server.

What made my experience great is that the support team and the panel is easy to handle.

I have been searching forever for a good Minecraft host in Asia. I can now say I have found the good host in Asia! Snownode has been the absolute best of all the hosts I have used. Very happy with their support and services.

The server hosting service is great and the support team is just phenomenal. I have not had an issue with them yet that was not resolved quickly and in a satisfactory manner. I have no problem recommending them to everyone.

This host is not the best. They forced me to make a ticket on the website to get a refund even though he said he would do it via a ticket. I do have proof of this.

I've been using this service for more than two years now, and I couldn't be more happy about it! I'm using it for hosting my Minecraft server. Very affordable price, especially comparing with other services. Also would like to point out the amazing support via Discord! They do care about customers, and listen to feedback. I have been using Snownode for 1 month. I am new in the hosting business and I never hosted a minecraft server before. Snownode helped me and guided me, helped me to fix bugs and helped me restore my server in the most critique moments. The host itself is excellent, and my server never lags or has TPS issues. I highly recommend this host to anyone who doesn't know what to pick. So far my experience is amazing.

A little bit of background, I've had my back and forth between a lot of hosting services(Sparkedhost, Shockbyte, Pebblehost, Skynode, Server.pro, etc). A common issue with hosting services I've used in APAC is that they'd usually have routing problems with Filipino ISPs resulting in my players constantly timing out. But Snownode is completely different. I own 1 personal Snownode Skis server and I manage another separate server hosted by Snownode as well running the same plan and I'd have to say Snownode is one of the best APAC hosts out there. If you want to run a medium sized SMP server to a personal server Snownode should be up there in your list of options because honestly researching for a good APAC host is a chore, it's really hard. I'd wish Snownode gets more recognition as they do deserve it.

The only thing I don't like about Snownode is well the dark mode GUI in their web-panel can use some improvements. Add some startup flag options, I get that these services usually limit tampering with the JVM flags but some hosts do try albeit giving outdated and limited options but it's still something.

Best Hosting! Trustable And Have A Reasonable Price For 2$/M , Unbelievable where else other are taking 2.5,3,4,5. They are extremely helpful and active. And A Ticket Is Replied Within 15-2 Hours (WHMCS). Their panel is amazing and fast. Performance Is Also Great.

We have been using this server for around 2 months and overall one of the cheap and reliable hoster you could grab out there in South East Asia! Keep it up :)

The support here is exceptional! they don't have live-chat but they have discord!
their feed back is amazing. I didn't have to wait tons of days like shockbyte and they never demand a payment for their support!

their website is interactive you can toggle dark/white!

These guys are insane! they would go as far as supporting you in your own server-set up! No random bots and even DMs your discord privately to contact you! They will see to it that you are a satisfied customer! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect but there`s a catch.

Mysql is not from Asia, its coming from UK, which is already bad, and the FTP File access must manually ask on Support Ticket if you need one of your staff/friend to gain access to FTP.

Performance otherwise, is perfect (1.14.4). Its like night and day between my previous hoster I used.

Use this hoster, fastest and cheapest.

We (SGCraft) have been using Snownode for 3 months now. It's the best hoster I've used so far, affordable and reliable.

As a student,
I know it is hard to find a budget server hosting with good support. With all the hosting companies that I have looked into, I think SnowNode is the best due to fast, affordable, and kind supports/services. I personally like their team management, its what makes them different and great! Not all companies have good team management, that is why I highly recommend Snownode!
