The plus is the value and range. However the reality is you place your order, wait weeks, can see it hasnt been dispatched, have a very shoddy customer service (virtually non existent bot type response) and left in limbo. Ordered over 4 weeks before ski trip and no idea if items are going to come. Customer service pathetic and have no idea when their suppliers will provide items. Also furious as items have reduced and reduced in sale but they won’t honour price -even though they haven’t dispatched.
Having spent £18 on shipping alone it is poor.
Not a way to run a company.

Product shipped too late for me to get it. The suggested delivery window was a few days before my departure so I purchased in that basis. After a few days with no shipping notice i checked and while the window hadn’t changed, the expected delivery date was cured to the day after I left. I got in contact via chat and as assured it would be delivered the day before I left. In the end it arrived after the expected delivery date and well after I had left that address so I’m not able to return it. I no recommend that delivery queries via can be bounced to a human.

Do not order from them. The terrible customer service and extremely frustrating experience. One of my orders was placed over a month ago, and the delivery date was changed several times — 4 weeks later, I'm still waiting.
My second order was a large one (£2000) and was also delayed multiple times. When it was finally ready to be shipped (two weeks after placing the order), one of the items suddenly became out of stock, putting the whole order on hold again. There was no way to contact customer service to exchange the item for a different one. I had to remove it from the order myself, and the delivery date was pushed back by several more weeks.
In the end, I cancelled the entire order. The refund also took ages to come through. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. Avoid!

My experience with Snowinn (Tradeinn) has been extremely poor.
I returned an item using the official return method they provided. Royal Mail tracking confirms the parcel was delivered on 23 December. I supplied proof of delivery and followed up multiple times.
For weeks, I received the same generic responses saying the parcel had not been received. They have now acknowledged that the parcel was delivered, yet still have not processed my refund. Instead, they continue to blame internal “registration” delays within their returns department.
Once a retailer has received a returned item, internal backlogs are not the customer’s responsibility. A refund should not take over a month and repeated chasing to resolve.
I am now having to escalate through my payment provider to recover my money.

I ordered goggles at a very good price for a ski holiday in 6 weeks time. The goggles are as described and I'm very pleased with them.
Delivery took 10 days so don't order too close to when you require the goods.

My order arrived 2 weeks late and more importantly the bindings were not mounted on the skis, despite my request and their confirmation. No solution offered except sending back at my expenses and seek a refund.

Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone with very poor service from this company. I returned some ski boots early November '25 to their UK hub. They spent almost a month there before being shipped to Netherlands. They were there for just under a week before being shipped to Spain arriving 15th December. They have now been in that location ever since with no change in the shipping log details. I have emailed many times asking why there is no movement on the tracking app and all I aver receive is a BOT email saying " Thank you for contacting us.
Please note that it is not arrived as soon as your parcel reaches our warehouse and it is registered by our Returns Department we will process the refund of the returned items." same reply word for word every time. Pathetic customer service. Let's see if a poor review gets them moving. ...

I paid additional postage for the gloves to arrive before I went away. Sadly they did not arrive in time. I had to buy gloves on holiday. Trying to return these gloves is beyond a joke. They do not have an option of return for - did not arrive on time, so I now need to return them and pay more for the postage. You cannot speak to anyone, it is all slow response on email from an automated team. I will NEVER buy from them again.
