Terrible quality

The ski jacket I purchased literally fell apart after its first use on a 1 week trip. Poor quality. When I asked for a replacement or to cover the cost to have it all restitched they refused as I needed to notify of damages within 7 days of receiving the order 😆

China warehouse saga

On the 1st of January I ordered a ski jacket. It arrived on the 14th of January. FROM CHINA (although I checked and the warehouse appeared to be in Europe). And this wouldn’t have been much of a problem if I didn’t need to return it.
First I’ve sent an email. No answer. Then i discovered they have a page where you apply for a return. They have 2 days to answer. After 3 days of no answer I kinda panicked because if you do not ship it back in 7 days from delivery, you get STORE CREDIT. Moreover they make some calculation and add a handling fee that they deduct from what you paid. Mind-blowing!
They answer: you send it back and pay for the transport and customs out of your pocket and if you are “lucky” to ship from Europe, well.. the cost is about half of the value of the order.
The saga is still in the works as i managed to ship it but feels like I’m still from getting a refund.

Buyer Beware

We had two orders. We ordered one pair of ski pants on December 3, 2025 & one pair of ski pants on December 5, 2025. Before I ordered the ski pants, I checked to see where their warehouse was located because I needed the pants quickly. Online showed California and we live 2 states over so I thought we would be fine. Once I received shipping info, I realized they were being shipped from China. We didn't get the pants until December 22, 2025 & December 23, 2025. The tracking information wouldn't let you know how long it would take to get here so that made things extra stressful. We ended up buying other ski pants with the intention of returning the Snowears ski pants. We reached out to Snowears on January 6, 2026 about returning and they said it is past the 30 day return policy. It took 18 & 19 days just for the pants to get here AND the "white" pants are actually BEIGE so not even what we ordered. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company and reviewing everywhere I can so that people don't fall for this scam of a company. So disappointed.

While we do our best to dispatch from the closest location, during peak season this is not always possible. Tracking details are always provided once an order ships so customers can follow the delivery progress.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the longer transit time and the uncertainty this caused. The holiday peak season can unfortunately result in delays beyond our control, and we understand how inconvenient this was for you.

Regarding the return request, our return policy specifies that returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, not the delivery date. Our returns team declined the request based strictly on this policy, which they are required to follow consistently for all customers. We understand this may feel disappointing, especially given the delivery timeframe.

We’re also sorry to hear that the color did not meet your expectations. Lighting and screen settings can sometimes cause slight variations, but we appreciate you raising this concern.

Hello, I placed an order on January 6, 2026, and I haven't heard anything about my order. The order tracking by Yun Express shows nothing, as if the package hadn't been shipped... and no response from customer service!!!

Ordered £250 Jacket and salopettes. Whilst it was advertised as oversized, the items were ridiculous! We ordered the smallest sizes available and honestly I just think they send the same items regardless. The limited pictures on line did not reflect the items sent. AND THEN THE RETURNS PROCESS! OMG this is such a scam, you pay to return to either the US or China and potentially you are liable to any import charges even though these are returns. FURTHER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE! So after sending this tracked back to the US and seeing it was returned 17Dec it took around 7 emails to actually get my refund. It's 13Jan and I've been told it will take 5-7 business days so well over a month to refund. What a disappointing way to do business, if I were you I would order from somewhere local and always ALWAYS check the returns policy. Wish someone had told me this :(

My experience after 3 years

I have been purchasing ski outfits from snowears for three years now. If you have any questions or issues they respond in a timely fashion! I accidentally ordered the wrong ski pants & emailed them & they were able to promptly edit my order & send me out the item I wanted. The quality is unmatched & super fashionable. I never fail to get compliments on the mountain.

Don’t buy from Snowears

I live in Australia and ordered a cropped swim rash from this company for my daughter for Christmas- the rash top didn’t fit or look like the one in the photo. I returned the top - but had to return the top to the US - even though it came from China. As a result I had to pay duty to return the item. I will probably get $20 in the end after paying for the cost to return the item to the US. Don’t buy from this company.

Packages take long but great product

My package took a very long time to arrive and you aren’t provided with an arrival date or ship date. All that to say, the customer service email was very helpful in giving me information and I love the products that I have gotten. They look cool while still being warm. Definitely very baggy, so get your true size.

– No Communication

– No Communication, No Order
I placed an order with Snowwear 21 days ago and have yet to receive my item. Worse, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no response to multiple emails I’ve sent trying to get an update.

Complete lack of customer service. When a company takes your money and then ignores you entirely, it raises serious concerns. At this point, I feel misled and would strongly caution others before ordering from Snowwear.

Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
