The product I purchased doesn't work
The product I purchased doesn't work. Tried to call the number on the card they sent with the item but doesnt exist. Oh well that was a waste of money .

I had a hard time tracing the item and…
I had a hard time tracing the item and i was finally informed that it wasn't meant to be sent home rather i should pick it up from the post office paying 5.35 euro for it...

I am not sure why the Greek postal Service did not deliver the parcel at your address. Other parcels we have posted to Greece have been delivered at the correct addresses without further payments due.
As for the €5.35, I can only guess that this was an added import tax as your parcel was quite heavy although this should not have happened.
We did sort this out with you though, but I am sorry that it happened in the first place.
