Use caution when ordering from Snode

Snode contacted me to advise that delivery at my Post Office had been refused for a set of AD80 dumbells. I contacted Snode CS and offered to go to FedEx to pick up the delivery and was advised to contact FedEx to make that arrangement. I tried, and was told by FedEx that only the shipper could change the delivery which I relayed back to Snode customer service. A day or two later I was contacted via email by Snode who offered to change the delivery address to my house for a small shipping fee of $243.24. So at this point I am not sure if I am getting scammed. I have filed a dispute with my CC issuer and if their customer service cannot manage even a delivery without costing the customer an additional $243, I have very little faith that their product would be any better.

Big fan of the Snode adjustable…

Big fan of the Snode adjustable dumbbells. Very hard wearing and versatile, have transformed my training. The stand is a must as well, especially if you’re lifting heavy. Diana very helpful after a small shipping error as well. Thoroughly recommend.
