Departure in the night. Driver on time, even called us 5 minutes before pick up date to let us know he will arrive in 5 minutes. Very good service

Do not use this company for airport pickups! They are not an official taxi company within Schiphol jurisdiction. They make you walk far from the Arrivals section to meet the driver at Departures (10 mins walk for us), and if you are not there on time they will drive off and take your money and not refund it, even if your delay is caused solely by Schiphol airport being slow with luggage delivery like ours was. The process was very unpleasant and incredibly stressful because it was completely not within our control how quickly the airline would deliver our luggage to us. This company should not be offering an airport pickup service if it cannot deal with late arrivals of passengers due to airline delays. I used many companies before who just swap drivers around and can handle late arrival no problem.

After our driver refused to take us and we lost €70, we took an Uber and I really wish I had just done this to begin with. Uber was cheaper than the fare Sneleen demanded from us, and will meet you near the Arrivals section, and you can just order it once you are ready. Stress free Uber or stressful with Sneleen.

Do not make the same mistake I did - if you are planning to use this company for an airport pickup, cancel it and use Uber or even a normal Amsterdam taxi because there is a high chance you will pay for nothing and Sneleen take your money if you can’t get out the airport quickly. Completely unsuitable. Nobody wants to be harassed and stressed about time when they land from a flight when they cannot control whether the plane is on time, how quick bags arrive or passport queues.

The driver never came, and they over the phone saying he was nearby. I had to arrange alternative transport last minute.

They promised to send a taxi within 10 minutes, but I waited for almost an hour . When I called, they kept saying "on the way." Total scam vabes.

This is the worst taxi service I've ever used. They took the booking, but no one showed up. No response on phone or gmail. Completely unprofessional.

This company is a complete scam. They take your money and disappear. No confirmation, no taxi, no refund. Be careful!

Another good experience with Sneleentaxi. Although my flight landed earlier, the long queue at passport control took me more than 70 minutes to come to the pick up point. But we communicated via text and he even called me. I value this smooth communication.

Smooth pick up in a VIP Mercedes EQ, the driver was extremely friendly and made for a good experience.

We had been let down by Uber, so without this taxi we would have missed connecting trains and our outbound flight later in the evening.

We have booked a return trip by taxi and clearly indicated that our plane would arrive at 22.20 hrs and that we would need to pick up luggage before we would be ready to depart. At the moment the plane landed we received a message that the driver would cancel the drive if we would not be ready in 10 minutes. Clearly impossible to pick up luggage and get out of Schiphol airport in 10 minutes. We had to arrange another taxi and “Sneleentaxi” refuses to refund the pre-paid expense. Instead we received a voucher for 9 euros discount on our next booking as compensation. We will never use this taxi platform again.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was scammed out of 267 euros. The driver left the agreed place. He left me alone with three children at the airport. My ride was for 150 km. I was in contact with the driver since morning. The ride was agreed for 13:00, from 12:40 as soon as the plane landed, I informed the driver that I was waiting for my suitcase and that I was going to the agreed place. When I went to him, he informed me that he would not wait any longer and left without a word. I feel robbed. I did not receive a refund. The driver barely spoke English.. the customer service completely ignored my complaint. I was forced to order another taxi.. The driver from your next taxi tried to extort an additional 30 euros in cash from me because he said that there was no room for my child's stroller, he even said that I should leave the stroller at the airport.. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a situation. I will never use this company's services in my life and I will advise everyone against it.

Then he refused to come to airport but insisted we meet at nearby hotel instead of taxi stand.
Now the company won’t refund our money. They say “ they hope we can understand their decision” to stand by to pay driver.

They are a sham and will take your money and provide no services

We booked an airport pick-up at half past midnight, time at which the plane lands and indicated the flight number, as this is how typically airport pick-ups work. But the taxi driver left after 10minutes. Sneleen Taxi argued that the terms of conditions (many pages to read!) provide that waiting time is only 10 minutes. This is commercially and contractually abusive.

Booked an Airport Taxi from Amsterdam for €170 journey through Sneleentaxi. The driver waited 10 minutes and then left. This is company policy and they refuse a refund. Of course it took us longer than 10 minutes to get through the airport. Leaving so quickly and refusing a refund is basically theft. Avoid.

I booked (and paid) an Schiphol taxi pick up from the company and when I landed I got a call from the driver and I said I am onmy way to collect my luggage , He said "ok when you finish call me back " which I did but he never replied my call . I finally got in contact with the company which they said that it was a "no show" and invoked some kind of protocol that they only wait 10 minutes after the landing of a plane and they did not want to reimburse me. It is a total scam put together by this company.
