Shipping was exceptionally fast; received my beauties in two days. I slipped them on-I purchased the Icon with the thick elastic strap-and instantly fell in love (I also immediately ordered a second pair in a different color). They are so comfortable straight out of the box. They are well cushioned and supportive. They look sexy, and even looked great with my Comfort sweatpants on. I like that you can dress them up or down. I highly recommend these, especially to people that want to wear heels, but don’t because of the discomfort.

Addition to the below review: Customer service was excellent and I was promptly refunded. I so hope that they come out with an all black style without suede on the toe. I loved how they look and feel! Here's my initial review.... I was so excited when I received these shoes and put them on. They truly are comfortable. I decided to wear them around the house for 2 hours rather than outside so I could make sure that they would continue to be comfortable yet not damaged. The next morning I noticed that the suede was already worn off the front of a shoe. I honestly did nothing more than walk around my house. For this price, this is not acceptable. I will be contacting customer service to see how they handle the situation and will keep trustpilot updated. I am super hopeful that they will make it right and that I can get shoes without suede on them as an exchange. I know other people also use this app to evaluate purchase decisions and there is only one other review. I am very hopeful that I can post only positive comments.

The first type of shoe that I chose came up a little bigger than expected and the shoes arrived with stains / discolouration on them. This shocked me since they are so expensive! I sent them back using the company's poor returns service, via DHL Express, and requested an exchange (so was given a code for the originally selected shoes - minus the delivery/customs charges), for a different style shoe with straps to hold my feet in. But when I entered my address to complete my new order, the shipping cost alone came to just over £161.00, which is beyond reasonable or acceptable! I appreciate that the shoes are high value, but they don't even come from America to England. They come from Italy, Europe, specifically from memory.

Whenever I have contacted customer services, they have taken longer than the required time to get back to me and they aren't very helpful or informed. They did not offer any concessions for the shipping, considering the condition of the first pair and that I still wished to order a second pair. And their delivery service takes a considerable length of time from the order point - far too long!
