Needs better service

Costumer service responce is ok and they nice products. The return policy sucks. I have to pay 14 euro's to return a package to a place that is not registered as a company. To order the right size I suddenly had to pay a lot more for the samen product. The reason they gave me was '' these are current market prices'' and we can not help u with this. To me, this is not service.

I cannot return the shirt I bought…

I cannot return the shirt I bought because the system does not known my order anymore.
The login doesnot work as well.
No support from helpdesk.

Placed my order 28 November and…

Placed my order 28 November and delivery was supposed to arrive on Monday 8th the latest, however the shipping is not even in transit, very bad experience I don't know even when the item will be shipped

Ordered shoes on the 9th of July and…

placed an order for shoes on July 9th, and as of today 17 days later I have not received anything. There has been no communication from your side, and I have not been provided with any tracking information. It only says that the package is registered for shipping but not picked up. I have also tried contacting you via phone, but the number provided does not work. I am becoming increasingly concerned about the status of my order.

Long delivery and no responses

Placed an order for shoes on 08/06 which are needed for my wedding.

Still no clear update to when my order is being dispatched.

Coming from the industry myself, understanding the importance of customer service and delivery timins, I had hoped to see better from Sneakin.

YTD still don't know when my order is being delivered.

Delivery and return are subject to a fee.

When ordering, they wrote that the return is free. But when it was necessary to return the goods, I had to pay 11 euros. Not recommended my friends.
