Terrible! Ordered a pair of Flash “Jordans” for a friend. The pictures online make them look like a legit shoe that’s been painted with Flash graphics. When they arrived they were the worst quality shoes I’ve ever seen and the whole shoe is painted - EVEN THE NIKE LOGO! I’m embarrassed to even give them to the guy I bought them for.
Just received my Air Jordan DC comics Flash High Tops..thought it be a scam but got then in a 2 weeks...im still in shock lol..quality is decent and they look cool and feel great on ..don't care if it's a knockoff
Cheap, fake knock-offs. Not even an attempt at quality. Will attempt a dispute. Will not sink more money in sending these trash shoes back to them.
DO NOT ORDER. They sent me nothing until I complained then sent a pair the worst fake Nikes I’ve ever seen and said they ‘can’t guarantee what their suppliers send’. There’s no suppliers here. It’s a fake website that send you in circles over emails until you give up. I’ve contacted my bank and launched a complaint which seems to be the only way they will reimburse and also contacted their website provider as other people mentioned this was a good thing to do. Under no circumstances buy from these people - use stock X if you’re looking for authentic trainers that are hard to find.
Their entire business model is selling fake, poor quality trainers, taking your money and then refusing to take refunds. Use this review as your sign to not purchase from them. KYUHHH!
SCAM Contact wix.com they are there domain provider and take subscription money from thesneakers land which sell fake trainers if they turn up
Company took payment, and have not issued goods after approx 6 weeks. Emails are not answered and the customer service number is out of service. Have reported website to the authorities but would strongly advise not to use
**Update - goods received after approx 7 weeks after I confirmed I had reported this site as fraudulent however goods appear to be counterfeit.
So I have received my order after chasing them for a couple of weeks. It transpires that shipping is from China and when they arrive they are fake goods. So basically I have paid £126 for a pair of fake Nike trainers.
You have to contact the email address on the website to initiate returns, there’s no paperwork that comes with the goods. After emailing for 3 days I have got nowhere
I recently ordered a pair of Nike trainers for my son, the delivery date has been exceeded so I queried tracking and was sent a link to Royal Mail, on checking the tracking this only stated that "the seller has informed us that they have posted your item" this isn't proof of dispatching goods. I sent several emails and not all were responded too, the ones that were simply said the order had been posted. I began to have doubts the validity of the company and decided to check Google for reviews! I'm glad I did because it would seem that the company is fake and most people ordering never actually recieve their goods. I raised a dispute with my bank giving them as much detail as I could and thankfully they reimbursed me the money spent. The following day I received an email from Sneaker land (David Stones) which was quite threatening and stated that if I did not close the raised dispute they would begin legal proceedings against me!! I did reply and kindly informed him that he would not be able to initiate legal proceedings because I have now received a refund for the goods that I paid for and never received. Please do not use this company and part with your hard earned cash. I wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order but i won't be so nieve next time.
They're scammers, What company takes payment and then takes 10-14 working days to deliver within the U.K? should've known based off that. don't use avoid like the plague.
Shocking…. Scamming b*****ds quick enough to take my money but not provide me with my contents. No response after numerous of emails called provided number but number not recognised 😡
Absolute shower of a company…. Take your order, nothing arrives, use the COVID pandemic as a cover then absolutely no response to emails…
Reported the company, let’s hope they get what’s coming!
This is a complete fake website they took 120.60 quid out my account on 19th may and currently still no trainers I emailed them 3 times, they have now started rejecting my emails. The mobile number on the website is fake. I have just now reported the site! Avoid this site they need to be taken to court god knows how many people they have scammed!
Ordered trainers and they haven’t even come this was over a month ago, heard nothing off them emailed them so many times! It’s disgusting!
Avoid at all costs. I would give them zero if I could. Ordered a pair of trainers in May, said 10-14 working days delivery. They took payment from my account the second I ordered yet no trainers have arrived over month later. Despite them having replied to my initial 2 emails querying the delivery, they have now stopped responding and I am forced to take legal action against them. Complete sham. Will update when legal action has taken place, intend to notify every possible platform of their appalling business practices.
Update - contacted CAB who advised me to officially cancel order using given lines/specific consumer regs - did so, still no reply. The trainers eventually arrived 2 months after I ordered and paid for them (even though I had complained, cancelled and rejected the order), box was absolutely destroyed and in pieces, trainers in the box were damaged and dirty and IN THE WRONG SIZE. Oh and they were fake. So all in all spent over £100 on 2 pieces of crap my 3 year old niece could have made and took months to be delivered. Still no response from Sneakersland despite dozens of attempts to contact and engage with them, ended up recalling payment via my bank… still no reply from Sneakersland. Literally the worse service and product I’ve ever experienced.
Update - never did hear back from these thieving scammers - recalled the payment via my bank who also did not receive any comms from them, not even to object to the payment being withdrawn. Joke of a company. Tell me how they’ve got an average score of 1.8 when 100% of the feedback gives them 1???
