Placed my order on 26 December, received a confirmation email & now almost 21 days later, have NOT received any follow up email about my order!!! I’ve sent them an email which an automated response said “this is for marketing purposes only please use the chat on the website”. I’ve used the chat almost EVERYDAY & received NO RESPONSE. I dm’d them on Instagram & got NO RESPONSE - I even commented on an Instagram post to which they DELETED MY COMMENT! I’m scared I’ve been scammed over £400 to this joke of a company with AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Please avoid! They fake their own reviews on this website with fake account as they are all repeated the same as well, this goes to show how awful they are.

Order confirmed - no shipment - no communication
We ordered well before Christmas (15.12.) and got our order confirmed (same day). However as of today (Dec 29) we have not recieved any Merchandise and NO communication at all concerning our order. As you can imagine our kids are more than disappointed.
I requested an update on our order a few days ago. Also no reply. We wonder if we will ever receive anything...

I have not received my product. I ordered it 31 August and now it’s 17. September. The tracking site hasn’t updated since 5. September. Now I’m scared that my money is gone and my shoes not coming.

I love the shoes but i paid 250 euros, and on the box the price is 140 euros !!! i keep them because i love them but i think i will not order on your store anymore. i think it's no respect.
