Do not buy from them! I lost my money. Tried to contact them so many times and never get any reply. Never received my order or refund.

WARNING! I placed the order 17 days ago. Paid extra for fast shipping. Tried to contact them numerous of times. Didn't even bother to contact me back, no tracking number.
Please do not order from them. It's a SCAM!
Waste of money and time.

I order shoes from sneaker cream website they arrived on 3 weeks time, that was for my daughter, she is happy with them.

I ordered the shoes in November 2023 and I’ve been sending them emails to ask for a tracking number and I had no response whatsoever and I haven’t got the shoes yet!
The email they provide at the website is unavailable! I truly believe I’ve been scammed!
Don’t buy from this website!

I ordered jordan 4 military black for me and my bf. They came in 3 weeks. The client center was non-existent.
But everything is very nice.
Will order again.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, Customer service is non existent, i never received a confirmation email or tracking number, After emailing and trying to contact them 5 times still no reply. The shoes did come after 3 1/2 weeks, but they are slightly damaged.

it sucks, I ordered two pairs of shoes one for me and one for my wife, I received only one pair, I contacted sneacercream customer service but they said they sent the order and hey have to call the post office and when i contact the post office they say they can't do anything for me without a barcode knowing i received only one barcode and one pair of shoes

I purchased the shoes late september and as time went by despite reading the good reviews I was doubting the website and so I started contacting the sneakercream team, they always responded to me in a day and were always making sure that I got the information I needed. They sent me the tracking number after a week and the shoes came in two weeks late, but they came ! and I had no problem with the size of the shoes, the color or anything like that. I love the shoes and I will see how well they age now :)

I will for sure buy some again !

My shoes came in good condition and the website ain't a scam I would go cop some right now and will but again!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are not inspected they are poor quality and I highly doubt they’re new. I was sent the wrong size and the company took absolutely no liability and to refund me. They expect you to buy another pair saying that the company will take a hit if they refund even though I was sent the wrong size. DO NOT Waste your money!! Its been an awful going back and fourth. I never write views but I feel compelled b/c its been so unacceptable! And the company said I purchased from a “pirated” lol website but it’s not true! I never write reviews, this site is a scam, big scam!

Fake, Fake, fake. Purchased Jordans 4 retro red thunder sneakers for grandson. Fake can't say it enough. Don't buy anything from them. Customer service is non existent. No return address on package I'm going to have to eat the cost. Reported site.
