Opened a dispute with my credit card company today to get my £ back! Order placed 27th Jan and no update since. No reply to emails and the website has now mysteriously vanished too! Yet another shambolic fraud of a business.

I placed an order on 22/12/2024, I’ve asked for updated information on my delivery, there has been no correspondence from them whatsoever, I never received my item, I’m in the middle of going through my bank to get my money back.

Avoid at all costs, item never arrived and no response to any contact.
Currently go through a dispute with clear pay to get money back, but as merchant hasn't responded to them it's still pending. Absolute joke of a company if that's even what they are!!!

Rate 0 ,, brought,jordan 4s and they came stinking of glue and faulty , they are fake and are not responding to my emails, don't ever buy from this site

FAKE JORDAN 4S FROZEN MOMENT SENT OUT AND NO COMMUNICATION TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM. I HAD THEM AUTHENTICATED AND CAME BACK AS REPLICA'S. DO NOT BUY.

Wrong size item sent. I opened a case with klarna and they told me they could exchange if I closed the case it would be sorted. I stupidly closed the case and now they won’t send a return address and told me they don’t accept returns. There is also glue marks shown, like others I believe these are fakes. Steer clear

I recently ordered some Jordan 4’s from this company and when they arrived they looked like they had been worn multiple times already. One shoe was another colour from the other and there was distinct features on one shoe and rubbed out on the other one. I have been trying to get through to them via email but it looks like they have stopped responding to me . Please do not let this company scam you!!!

So annoyed when you think everything looks legitimate with website even down to the padlock 🔒 i purchased a pair of Jordan’s 4 retros frozen white for my wife. And after having to chase up the company for delivery updates and raised a dispute with clearpay I got an email saying the shoes was being dispatched. They arrived today stinking of glue thread everywhere. And after looking at the reviews on here. I wished I looked before buying and they offered a 50% refund but I’ve heard nothing after refund email

Got sent fake shoes after they didn’t pass a legit check when received them. Tried contacting them and they are now not bothering getting back to me lmao…. I BOUGHT THEM THROUGH CLEARPAY AND NOW THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING ANOTHER PENNY OF ME!!!!!

Would give them 0 stars. Complete scam company. As with other reviews I received fake Jordan 4’s. Got the same response as others offering a 50% refund and then ignored when asking for return to label for full refund. The return address on the shipping label even was “naive”… they’ve had us all on.

Currently doing a scam dispute as fortunately paid by credit card so hopefully will get my money back.

This place needs shutting down. Scam artists.

This company guarantee legitimate products, when they are replicas, I recieved mine and used the legit app to verify if they were genuine or not.... they are not!! Absolutely disgusted with this company, but I will be raising a case with trading standards and raising a small claims court case agaisnt them.
This is nothing but Fraud, and I do not take lightly to this.
You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Fake shoes
They lie on their sites about things being authenticated , you’re gonna wait nearly 2 weeks through this phoney authentication process , just to receive a pair of replicas . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LYING PEOPLE

This company advertises 100% authenticity, yet have sent me a pair of replicas!! (these have been checked through Legit App) When i contacted them they said they would send me a returns label for a full refund, which has never been sent and now do not respond to me.

Ordered a pair of trainers worth £200, 2 weeks ago, I haven’t received any confirmation email nor have I received the trainers. I tried reaching out to them via email a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. I basically got ripped off.

I had made an error on my order, but the guys were happy to help and quick to sort it for me. Highly reconmend

Great experience with them, i needed to change my size because i ordered wrong European size. They changed it no problem. Arrived to France in 8 days from UK. Overall amazing and will buy again .

Lovely trainers, brand new in box. Found a pair I'd wanted for ages. Only thing is the shipping took around 9 days because they had to authenticate them, happy to say they are authentic and I will most definitely be shopping here again.
