I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from sneakerbrand.com, I received only one pair. Why they didn't ship them together is beyond me. They haven't worked with me to resolve the issue. I'm now in the process of disputing the charge with my bank.

Never got a tracking number or order number nothing . Money went to a KVB GLOBAL CAPITAL IN HONG KONG . . Got me for 313.00 never order nothing else scammer.

My experience with this company has been pretty good so far. I was skeptical at first until I received a legit confirmation email. Additionally, im pretty thorough when it comes to the validity of a website. Furthermore, I ordered 2 pairs of Jordan's. Jordan 3s & 4s. Processing takes a few days however once you get order number, you can email them, @support. Please do acknowledge that you are in a since buying from the manufacturer. So knowing that, be mindful these manufactured elsewhere, different time zones you must allow time to respond. Overall, my experience has been pretty good and looking forward to receiving my next set of sneakers in coming days. Patient is required.

I ordered the air Jordan 11 countdown pack on may 7th. They recently sent me an email to review what I “got”. But it’s not here yet to review. If I had it, I would have a better idea of if it’s good or not. I just hope the shoes are authentic. Just got them I think yesterday and they are great.

Nobody has responded to hardly anything I ask. It's has been almost two weeks and the tracking still says order processing waiting on word from the carrier. My shoes should have been here by now but haven't even shipped yet. I gave two stars on accident. This experience has been awful. They're customer service sucks and I'm beginning to think they got me on

They don't ship for weeks, good luck on a refund. Horrible service, don't use. Plus they are not saving you that much money.

Poor of Communication and even not consistent about their messages i thinks this is a scam website because they dont have even social media account

This company is definitely a SCAM, BEWARE!

Placed an order on this website, and a couple of days later sent emails and called several times, left detailed messages asking to cancel the order (both email and phone number are noted on the website).

The order placed has still not shipped and shows in "processing" status, yet all I received was a text saying: "I am not available right now. You can contact us through the Contact Us button in the lower right corner of the screen", which is via whatsapp.

Why ask customers to use whatsapp when on the website it clearly has a phone number and email? This site is not legit, sadly.

They are a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes.... my confirmation email came form someone named Mila, from a email that was not attached to sneakerbrand.com. When I tried to contact her, she never replied. I tried to contact them directly from their website, they make you do it through whatsapp... and as soon as you send them a message whatsapp locks your whatsapp account. Stay far far away from this website
