As a Getty photographer, SnapSign model and property releases are a critical part of my workflow for managing model and property releases. When I upgraded my iPhone, I couldn’t sign into my active subscription or past contracts, because my log-in account was different from my subscription account. IT was important that I regained access to my previous contracts and release forms.
Their customer service was kind, patient and provided outstanding support way beyond what I expected.
They not only helped me recover everything but helped so that I could regain access to prior forms.

This level of care makes me a loyal customer and proud advocate. SnapSign is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer service is what became a different maker for me!

This app provides a possibility to sign forms remotely which is a must-have I'd say, made my life as a photographer easier for sure

SnapSign makes handling model releases effortless. The app is modern, fast, and smooth - a huge step up from clunky old forms. Models can sign instantly on their phone or remotely, and everything is stored securely in the cloud. Honestly, compared to SnapSign, Easy Release just feels outdated and stuck in the past. If you’re still using it, it’s definitely time to upgrade.

I switched to this app from Easy Release, which I've been using for many years (I received a newsletter from GettyImages recommending SnapSign).

The level of user-friendliness of the interface is on a whole new level. Sending a link to the model's signature is a killer feature. It's very convenient to do this in advance of the shoot, especially when the studio booking time is limited or there are several models at the shoot.

It would also be great to have the ability to bulk unload an archive with documents or automatically upload them to Google Drive. But this is not critical.

A must have for a photographer working with models.
