Great car at a great price!
Staff were very helpful. Would definitely use next time.

I was given a car with a defective battery. The car wouldn't start after three days. They didn't help me, and I had to call the local emergency services.

Such an easy process I have used a Snap a lot. Plenty of staff available when you arrive and a great shuttle service. Only issue we had this time was no reversing camera these days that’s pretty rare in a hire car. I will definately use again and recommend to others.

Everything about the service was nice and easy no complaints there. But the reason for my three star rating had to do with the car.
when I hopped in there, there was a funky smell in the car. Second issue I had was with the front windscreen and side windows. I think there is imbedded waterspots that need deep cleaning to be removed because when it started raining my view was terrible especially the side windows where I pretty much had 98% no vision when raining. Hard to see cars in coming at roundabouts, hard to check left or right while changing lanes. It could have put me and the other 4 of my family members in danger. I think the car should be checked and tested in rainy weathers because I think it’s a hazard the way the windows are please check out the car. Besides that everything was good. The car was a Toyota Yaris cross white colour non hybrid. Anyone thinking of getting any of those car make sure to check for waterspots on the windows it made driving for me very stressful and had to be on full alert in the rain. We brought it up to them when we returned the car and they asked a lot of questions about it and apologised but just incase it hasn’t been fixed for anyone out there be careful.

The pickup was quick and the depot is close to the airport. The car exceeded my expectations, a large SUV with a lot of modern driver assist technology. Easy hand back and no hard sell around insurance etc. I'll definitely use them again.

I’m disappointed with the additional $50 management fee and 2.5% processing charge applied without prior communication, especially as the the amount was directly charged to my credit card. I had informed SNAP Rentals that was willing to handle the infringement myself, but was told there was no time to notify me. This is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be doing business with SNAP Rentals again. Wishing you all the best. Not recommend to others.

Easy nice car. No fuss.

The speed of the transfers to and from the airport. The driver's friendliness and ease of booking the rental. The employee who helped us was very attentive. Everything was transparent and well managed.
