The experience was unforgettable, especially because it was in a place I didn't know and the platform made it very easy to contact the photographer and define a date and place.
I would recommend being more punctual with the appointment time and giving recommendations or tips about the place or city in question, as it may be the first visit for many people.

I found Snappr by scrolling for a photographer in the area I wanted photos taken. I really liked their approach. They gave me a couple of photographers to pick. I looked at their reviews and chose one. Then there were some hick-ups with connecting with the photographer and also customer service at Snapper. I pursued because I had already purchased a plan. Snappr finally returned my text when I went to their help line. Got the help I needed and a great photographer. It all went well after that. Scott my photographer took a lot of terrific pics. I couldn't be happier. And the cost is very reasonable.

Murtada was great snappr a bit difficult to contact as platform in US and I am in Australia on WST
The photographer Murtada was great and did a lovely job.
I had previously booked James and he declined the job 2 days later causing stress.
Both bookings are currently showing on my card and now I need to chase up to get a refund on one so its a bit of hassle.

Snappr has THE MOST AGGRESSIVE…
Snappr has THE MOST AGGRESSIVE marketing system ever. I’ve booked previously and it’s been a mixed bag. One photographer was pretty good. One was late, and his work was filtered and horrible.
But it’s the scummy practices for me that are leading to this review. I’ve actually had to submit a formal complaint and request for my details to be removed from their systems. I was having a quick look for a specific date, and noone who was any good was available (the poor quality guy we had before was recommended 😅). I abandoned the process. Since then (yesterday) I’ve had two emails which I replied to saying “I’m fine please remove this” but they go to unmonitored email inboxes, and there is no unsubscribe link, or way to opt out. But the calls are the worst part. They called me at 8.30 on a Saturday morning, which woke me up. I sent it to voicemail. They immediately called the number a second time. This means you are guaranteed to break through DND filters - meaning they knew and WANTED to wake people up. Gross. I answered and said no I wasn’t interested, and the guy immediately hung up on me. It’s not customer service. It’s aggressive sales.
This isn’t an isolated incident either - something similar happened last time - I think it was 3-5 phone calls and about 5 emails from these guys when I was 0% interested.
Avoid at all costs.
