I have been very happy with the service, delivery and presentation of both books that I have purchased from Snapfish.

The service is always great. Easy to use website. The product is always top notch. Any potential issues that arise are dealt with speedily. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. What I ordered each time came on time , if not a bit earlier. We could trace the travel of our order. The quality of our order has been excellent each time. Easy to do too.

The website is impossible. The process from beginning to end when creating a project, I've found quite comclicated and frustrating each time and mistakes are hard to correct.

I have had several orders from snappish and in each instance the service has communicated effectively as to delivery. Delivery has been prompt. The product has always been excellent standard, good specials and deals are a great incentive as well. Will definitely be ordering more products
