I have registered with the trial account, but it still charges me the fee for the pro user. The website UI is extremely hard to use for canceling the subscription. Even when I think I canceled the pro account, it still charged me the money until I found out by checking the card.
And the edit photo feature cannot be used to edit my photo.

SnapEdit is nothing but a trap disguised as a tool.
I signed up for the so-called “free trial,” expecting a fair monthly renewal afterward. Instead, without clear consent, they charged me for an entire year upfront. When I asked for a refund, their support hid behind a copy-paste “policy” and basically told me it was my fault.
This is not how an honest company operates—it’s a scam-like tactic. SnapEdit clearly profits not from loyal customers, but from tricking people into paying for something they never agreed to.
If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this app. There are plenty of other editing tools out there that don’t cheat their users.
I was charged $120 for an accidental yearly subscription on SnapEdit through Apple Pay. I contacted their support multiple times requesting a refund but never got a proper response. I haven’t used the subscription, and this is clearly unfair. Extremely disappointed in the way this was NOT handled.
Im not subscribe to this app anymore but they still stealing my money from my account. I want my money back.
I used to use this regularly to remove small objects from images, but now I am unable to use it as they've introduced adding a watermark to the image, and the only way to remove it is to pay $9.38 per month.
Why is NOTHING free any more, it's pathetic.
