I am extremely disappointed with Snapbuy and Proscenic. I purchased a device for my business (Rejoice Styling) on January 23rd, and the suction motor failed within two weeks of normal use. This is a clear case of a defective product under EU commercial law.
After sending over 30 emails to their support (Muhammad), they finally claimed to have sent a return label on March 2nd. However, no label was attached. Instead, they are trying to force me to ship a heavy, defective item to China at my own expense, which is completely illegal for a warranty claim.
They are intentionally creating hurdles to avoid their legal obligation to repair or replace the product. As of March 4th, I have issued a formal notice of default. If no pre-paid label or full refund is provided by Friday, March 6th, 17:00 CET, I will hand this case over to a debt collection agency and report this company for fraudulent business practices to the ACM (Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets).
Advice to others: Do not buy from Snapbuy or Proscenic if you value your money or customer service. They ignore your rights once they have your payment.
