The two boxes I received *both* contained an item from the UK despite the description promising snacks you can only get in the US. Aside from that, a few of the items were extremely poor, and overall the value for money is abysmal.
Regardless of whatever they tell you on the advertising and signup page - their misleading promotion tries to lock you in to a subscription, and then they ignore you when you cancel.
The customer service is terrible - the first two times I contacted them they never replied, and the third and fourth times I contacted them their replies were largely irrelevant.
The way they are mismanaging the service, I expect them to go out of business soon.

Crooks! They make kids get a box for free not understanding that it is a subscription for a year. Trying to cancel the illegal subscription for 3 months but they keep sending new boxes. Please keep away from their illegal activities!!!!
