The address that is on every map doesn't exist

Avoid them. They have the right address but they are saying atempted delivery wrong address.

This delivery company I think doesn’t…

This delivery company I think doesn’t even know their job. Unlike the other companies like J&T and iMile. This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever known. Like you already share your location to them but they still wants you to come to their office when you already selected to deliver the item to your home. It’s gross and disappointing.

Unfortunately, the company does not keep its promises. I was initially told that delivery would take a maximum of 5 business days, but this was not met. Then I was promised delivery on Thursday, which was later delayed to Friday. Continuous delays and a lack of reliability in their commitments.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Drivers, not the company, are the ones who control the deliveries. I shipped a phone from Riyadh to Madina. It took the shipment 2 days in the sorting center and has been for 5 days aftewards, still in the status "out for delivery" in Madina. How big is Madina? The drivers passed my shipment from one to another and never delivered it. The customer service said " what do you want us to do? Your package is with the driver". 5 days and counting, the shipment is still with unknown drivers and cannot be tracked by customer service! Extremely stressful experience.

I had a good experience with them

I had a good experience with them. Their service was professional, delivery was fast, and the shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. appreciated the excellent follow-up and clear communication throughout the entire process. The team was responsive and helpful and I will use their services again.

The worst company ever

The worst company you could ever deal with. Their service is terrible, staff are rude and make basic, strange mistakes. Shipments get delayed for no reason, and they have no credibility with customers. Customer service is extremely bad. Zero out of ten. A very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I advise people to think twice before dealing with them.

I had very very bad experience with…

I had very very bad experience with SMSA Riyadh. As per the information in their tracking website, my parcel already arrived in Riyadh and today is 3rd day but still they did not deliver it till now. When contacted the customer support they only say we will deliver it today. When contacted the delivery boy kept saying I will deliver it today and made me wait whole full day from morning till midnight but did not turn up. To make things even worse they falsely updated the tracking website "Customer rescheduled the delivery time", which I never did.

stupid managment

horrible ui everything is so delayed on the app
you cant make a new account
customer service is so and they ended the call on me while I was explaining my problem then they never answer my calls after that
the app has so many problems like it wont register or if you put ur location it'll make you do it again

Pathetic services..

Pathetic services..
No response from customer care calls.. even after attending calls no proper feedback.. delivery boy will call at 10:30pm asking to collect shipment.. strange

This has been a terrible experience…

This has been a terrible experience with this courier company. They claimed next-day delivery when dispatching my parcel, but it's now been 11 days and my recipient is still waiting.

There is absolutely no customer support—no one responds or seems to care about resolving the issue.

It is the worst ever
I have ordered from UAE and the i have paid import fees and delivery charges on the website , so nothing more to pay
When my order arrived here in kuwait they asked me to pay extra charges equal triple the delivery i have already paid on the website .

“Worst ‘Express’ Delivery – A Complete Scam!

Extremely disappointed with SMSA’s so-called “express” delivery service. We specifically chose and paid for express shipping to receive our parcel as soon as possible, yet it has been three days, and there is still no sign of it. What’s even worse is the complete lack of updates or proper communication regarding the delay. If express delivery takes this long, what’s the point of paying extra? This is highly unprofessional and misleading. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t advertise it as express!! A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone!!!

I don't even know why people use this…

I don't even know why people use this service, one of the worst courier service in the world. Every single time its a hassle with them. This time he calls me and threatens to just leave the package somewhere by the elevator if I didn't come outside to get it. They're just rude and incompetent.
