SMRT Algo provides a full suite of TradingView indicators, tools, and features, along with extensive educational content and trading strategies shared inside our Discord community. Members also have access to support through our ticket system, as well as guides and resources to help them get the most out of the tools.

Because we cannot find any record of you as a customer, we are not sure whether this review reflects an actual experience with SMRT Algo.

Hi Imad,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’d like to clarify a few important points.

SMRT Algo does not send private DMs to members. We have a clear notice on our official Discord profile stating that we never initiate direct messages. Unfortunately, there are fake accounts and impersonators that attempt to message members while pretending to represent us. This is outside of our control, and we actively warn our community about it. You can verify this in our Discord server under the “impersonators” channel, where we document and expose fake accounts.

We also do not pressure members to purchase upgrades or additional services. We do not operate through cold outreach or private solicitation. Any such messages are from impostors and are not affiliated with SMRT Algo.

Regarding billing: memberships can be canceled at any time directly through the members portal. There is no need to contact support to cancel. Once canceled from the dashboard, recurring billing stops. We do not “bill forever,” and we do not ignore cancellation requests.

As for support, all queries are handled through our official Discord ticket system. We do not manage support through unsolicited DMs. If a ticket is submitted, it is logged and answered in order.

Regarding the bot, it’s built as a user-controlled automation tool, which is why manual setup is required, as with all tradingview strategies. It’s designed to execute based on each trader’s own rules and risk parameters.

You’re absolutely right that indicators should never be followed blindly. Our tools are meant to support analysis and structure, not replace risk management or decision-making. That’s why we provide strategy videos, guidance inside Discord, and encourage members to share and refine approaches together.

As for V4 and V5, development is ongoing and iterative. Moving forward with V5 is part of improving and expanding the toolkit, not abandoning previous indicators. We consistently work on updates and new releases for members.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. That said, it’s important to clarify that SMRT Algo indicators are tools, not standalone systems meant to be followed blindly. Like any trading tool, results depend heavily on having a proper strategy, risk management, and understanding of market conditions.
Many members in our Discord community use the same indicators successfully by applying structured strategies, several of which are shared and discussed openly inside the community along with real examples. Indicators alone can’t compensate for the absence of a strategy, and losses are unfortunately a part of trading when entries, exits, or risk aren’t managed correctly.
We’re always happy to help users get more value from the tools by guiding them toward proven ways of using them properly

SMRT Algo is not a broker, does not hold or manage client funds, does not process deposits or withdrawals, and does not operate any investment accounts or dashboards. We provide technical analysis and charting tools only, which users access directly through their own TradingView accounts. We have no ability to deduct funds, block withdrawals, or interfere with brokerage transactions in any way.

The issues described in your review — withdrawals, deducted balances, broker dashboards, and funds being “returned” — are not services we offer and are technically impossible within our platform. We have reviewed our records and can confirm that no account, order, or support request matches the scenario you described.

Notably, the review does not mention the name of the platform or broker involved, which makes it impossible to verify and suggests this feedback may have been posted under the wrong business, whether intentionally or by mistake. SMRT Algo has no affiliation with any brokerage, investment platform, or third-party service handling customer funds.

We’re sorry to hear about the situation you’re experiencing. After carefully checking our entire customer database, billing system, and subscription records, we could not find any account, payment, or purchase history under your name or any variation of it. There are also no charges in our system that match the details you described.
SMRT Algo can only charge a customer after they personally complete a checkout through our website and receive a receipt by email. If we have no record of a transaction, it means we have never processed a payment for that card.

You mentioned regretting your lifetime purchase. Regarding trials, TradingView does not provide a secure method for trial access to private indicators—once access is given, it cannot be restricted without permanently revoking it. Hi Satish — thanks for the candid review

A few clarifications that should help anyone reading:

1-minute charts are the noisiest place to trade. You’ll naturally see more signals (and more whipsaws) on lower timeframes. Our guidance is to take bias from higher timeframes (1H/4H) and, if you want fast entries, drop to 5–15m (or 1–5m only when market conditions are clean). Markets are fractal, but “less is more” on execution when volatility is choppy.

“Signals changing” while a candle is forming isn’t repainting. Our signals are confirmed on candle close (always). During a live bar, conditions can appear to trigger and then invalidate—this is expected on very low timeframes. Wait for the bar to close (or enable “confirm on close” behavior) before acting. This is due to how tradingview works.

Use confluence, not a single arrow. In Pro V3/V4 you can:

Turn on the Trend/MA filter (e.g., Power MA or MA Filter) to avoid trading against the prevailing move.

Combine structure/Supply-Demand with the signal (V3 includes S/D; Lifetime adds Smart Money Toolkit for advanced structure tools).

Avoid mixed dashboards—if higher TFs are split, stand aside or reduce size.

Risk management is non-negotiable. No indicator removes the need for position sizing and max loss rules. Many members cap risk at 0.5–1% per trade, avoid stacking multiple correlated positions, and prefer pullback entries rather than chasing the first print. Your note about waiting for retracements is sound—couple it with structure/S&D zones and the trend filter.

Learning resources. Inside our Discord you’ll find pinned quick-start guides, strategy walk-throughs, and member examples (including higher-timeframe bias + lower-timeframe entry templates). If you post a screenshot of your chart + settings, our team can suggest tweaks to reduce chop on your chosen market/timeframe.

We take claims like this seriously, but this review is misleading and unfair. It is impossible for us to take money from an account without an authorized purchase.

Every payment made to SMRT Algo requires manual checkout by the customer and goes through secure payment processors.

If you truly believe an unauthorized payment was made using your card, this may indicate a stolen card or fraudulent use by someone else, not SMRT Algo taking funds without permission. Please contact us directly with the email or payment reference used so we can help investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

Leaving public claims like this without attempting to resolve the matter first unfairly damages our reputation, especially when thousands of legitimate customers use SMRT Algo every day with full transparency and control of their payments.

To clarify — there are no “timezone tricks” or hidden policies in our billing system.

Subscriptions renew exactly one month from the original purchase time, down to the minute. This timestamp is fixed from when the user first signed up and applies globally, regardless of time zone.

In this case, the renewal was processed at 2:33 AM — exactly one month after the original signup.

**The user themselves acknowledged that the cancellation was completed at 6:43 AM - hours after the renewal had already been processed.**

Despite this, their initial claim was that they were charged after canceling — which was factually incorrect. Once that was disproven, the argument shifted to a timezone issue, which again does not apply. The renewal followed the original subscription time exactly, as always. This customer initially claimed they were charged after canceling, they later acknowledged this timeline. No service was withheld, and our billing process functioned exactly as described during checkout.

We provide clear billing terms at checkout, reminders before renewal, and an easy self-service cancellation option in the account dashboard.

We hope this clears up any confusion and wish the user the best moving forward.
