Still not received order from May.

Ordered a shirt over 2 months ago! Asking for tracking number & that doesn’t work. They provide no proof it’s been sent. Do not order from this scam company!

Took a while to arrive but the quality of the shirt is fantastic and is the best retro shirt I have ever bought! Will order again

This website is 100% I see a few customers moaning because they aren't prepared to wait for their order. I have placed several orders from this site and while they can take a while, they quality is awesome.

Nice quality shirt overall. If I had to be critical, the Adidas stripes could have been stitched onto the arms individually rather than one piece of material with 3 stripes printed on. But still a nice looking shirt regardless.

Shirt is excellent, but delivery time is long. This is stated, but tracking is difficult

I ordered the Liverpool 1974 F.A.Cup shirt and it came within 6 weeks. It was a great relief because previously delivery had been poor but obviously things have greatly improved. Keep up the good work.

The shirt is great quality. The details are excellent.
I will definitely be ordering another Charlton Athletic shirt in the future.

I got my top eventually just be aware that it apparently takes 45-50 days to receive your items.

Customer services eventually improved.

The jersey arrived in ample time - about 6 weeks after ordering which is well within the timeframe stated on their website - so be patient. I don't know how they make these shirts so perfect - I'm very impressed. I cannot envisage a better Netherlands shirt than this simple trefoil and 3 striped design, implemented with style by SM Retro. Lovely job.

In December 2024 I ordered two Sunderland shirts , I received one of those shirts four months later . I emailed them to point out that I had ordered two and received a polite reply that this was because of shipping policies? and that I would be given a new tracking number and to expect the other shirt in the mail. Today is the seventh of June 2025 and I've just received the second shirt in the mail, only it's a Liverpool shirt !
There's a lesson here , don't order shirts from this company .
An update :
I was promised a full refund and a shirt of my choice by SM Retro and asked to remove the review.
Today is the 30th of August 2025 and so far no refund and no shirt .
Again , read the negative reviews before pulling the trigger .
I've given up .

Ordered this as soon as I saw the pictures because it looked faithful to the original. Delivery was several weeks from Thailand so do not be worried if your order is taking a while - it will arrive eventually. The shirt is sublime and far exceeds my expectations. Positive experience in the end just remember what I said about delivery.

It was great to see the Liverpool 1978-79 3rd shirt on their website as I have been looking for it for years and no company was selling it. Needless to say I ordered it immediately and after a few weeks it arrived, and I am overwhelmed by the quality. Everything is as per the original and it is clear that great care was put into making this repro as faithful as possible. Brilliant!

Ordered a retro shirt from SM Retro 8th December, and I still haven't received it.
I Can't even track the order.
I wrote an email, and they said that I should have the opportunity to track the order in February, but yet I still can't track it.
They're not answering my emails, and now its 3,5 month ago I ordered it.

Now I’ve receiver it, but still 4 months after the order.

Have ordered Jerseys on a few occasions. While the delivery time can be quite long in my experience the quality of Jerseys is second to none. The wait is worth it.
