Poor quality even worse customer support
Sm pro are a piece of.... and so is their customer support. They tell you to go to court with them on the very first email reply they send you. I had to true both the front and back wheel twice(!) within 800 km and I only do amateur enduro. Mismatched colors, etc. This will be your worst purchase for your bike. Avoid!

when asking questions, got a reply in no time, which was great. and the delivery time was also great.
the quality of the wheel how ever is poor for the price you pay.
asked for a black rim, it may aswell of been sprayed with a rattle can. i pretty much sneezed near it and the paint started coming off.
not really impressed.

On time and good quality
I had few questions prior to the purchase that were quickly and courteously answered in an e-mail exchange. Once I ordered the product it were delivered without issues. The packaging were very good and the quality of the product seem very good.

Great rims and very fast delivery
Excellent rims , easy to true up and look great . Fitted black rims to my 89 kx 125 evo bike and totally transformed the look of the bike .
Its also good that SM Pro still manufacture 18 inch rims for these old bikes.

Repeat orders of stainless steel spokes
On making my order for a Triumph spoke set I immediately received an e-mail confirming the order and a tracking number, giving me good confidence. The item arrived next day.
This excellent service was not just a one off as due to the high quality and fantastic price of the product I made a number of further orders and had the same lightening service.
In summary the quality of service, product and communication is probably the best I have ever had. I appreciate that this high level of service takes effort and commitment and would recommend SMProWheels to other buyers with confidence.
