Smokes Canada is a great, inexpensive way to buy cigarettes. The cigarettes are really good and the delivery is very quick. I've been buying for over a year now. Highly recommend.

My experience has been nothing but amazing. They have the best prices and customer service. If only every company had their customer service team. My package was late once and SC noticed before I did and they sent me my order again right away. I never check the competition because I doubt they could be as pleasing and easy to deal with as SC.

i paid 24.99 for expedited shipping, 3-5 days, week later contacted them about shipment not arriving and was glibly told to feel free to check for updates on the courier's website - as if that would never occur to me? i suggested they should feel free to reimburse me for expedited shipping and was told as per their shipping dept. ups can be 5 + days, which it had already been depending on your definition of + and as per my invoice and the website is 3-5. so this sounds like a them problem not a me problem and the condescending attitude with no solution led me to try other sites and in spite of being a customer for years i will never go back, same price, no attitude elsewhere (2 days after that still haven received it and courier doesnt have any idea of eta) i get the strike and all, but come on...

I've been using SmokesCanada for awhile now and ALWAYS have excellent service. Staff are super friendly and quick to get back to you with any questions I have.

Even with the Canada Post strike... They were amazing. They rerouted packages using other courier services without any big disruptions.

Pricing on the product is great as well. Can't recommend it enough!!!

Ordering is worthwhile and cost saving but don’t count on your points. Signing in daily, orders, reviews get you points but they constantly change the site and every time they do you lose all your points. They will give you 250 points but that does nothing to make up for the $15, $20 or more that you suddenly lose🤬
