Great prices, terrible service
I made a simple purchase of 3 bags of the same brand and type tobacco on a Sun night, before they opened Mon morning. I paid extra for Priority shipping & handling as I needed it by that upcoming weekend. However they didn't fill it and acquire a shipping label until that Wed afternoon, almost 3 full days! The simplest of orders, grab 3 bags of the same product, toss in a box and tape it shut, then hand over to shipping, print a label and put in outgoing. 5 mins of effort took 3 days. Here it is the following Tue, almost a week and a half later, and it's STILL not been delivered. Why did I pay extra for Priority service and it's taken longer than when I previously paid for economy service?? I plan to look for alternatives to Smokers Outlet.
