Received incorrect order. Still waiting for what I've paid for which was 2 premium products. I was sent an extremely cheap version of what I did not order and no where close to what I ordered.....

I bought 3 lots of Rollo Red pre-filled cigarettes over a period of 6 months. The 1st lot were stale and half the smokes had the tobacco fall out of them as soon as I opened the package. The 2nd was covered in perfume so every smoke tasted of it. The 3rd and final lot had mold in the boxes and a couple of the smokes had a fungus growing out of them I had to throw all of them out. They have no customer service and the only way to contact them is via whatsapp. Will never buy or recommend them to anyone.

I am still owed $5 from my last review. Once I placed my initial review which was very complimentary the prices went up by $25 a carton. Deliveries are taking longer and you cannot actually speak with someone. All communications are via text.

Never ever receive parcel. Sent them messages though WhatsApp numerous times. Parcel was sent to PO in NSW then was collected the next day by somebody (wasn’t me) I live in Tasmania. I contacted them. Was told it would be sorted out. Kept messaging and in the end I was accused of never even paying for the parcel even though it was originally sent. I sent them the receipt proof where I had made the transfer of money and they still told me I hadn’t paid and to contact my bank. This is going on for 3 weeks now and still never received anything or heard another word. Nothing but a rip off. Will never buy from them again and if you value your money if I was I wouldn’t purchase from them either.

Have been ordering from them for about a year. Seems legit, can trust you'll get your order but don't expect ANY support in regards to order issues. Don't expect express post despite the site saying so. It is what it is, they know you can't go elsewhere.

There was an issue when my order didn't arrive. They acknowledged the issue and resolved it.

1st delivery and I stuffed it up by writing wrong number as reference. Wasn't an issue as I realised straight away and package was delivered on time within a few days. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Friday...
