Undeliverable order
I ordered a large amount of expensive product on the 4th of February. It’s now the 13th and I have received nothing. Not even an apology or acknowledgment of this unjust service, nor any sort of compensation.

The courier indicated they attempted to deliver within the indicated delivery period you selected at checkout but you weren’t not home?
You ordered on February the 5th, a weekend. You selected the 3-5 day free delivery option, it’s now on 6 business days and the courier attempted to deliver on business day 5 and you weren’t home.
The courier should reattempt delivery on the next business day which is Monday.
Unfortunately we’re based is Cape Town so I won’t be able to personally deliver your parcel.

I was skeptical at first...
I was specifically looking for an Airscream vape and this website was the first one that came up on a google a search. I cross-references prices with other vape stores and noticed Smoke Organic Store was the cheapest and were running a discount special.
The time was 07h28 and I noticed that the website was offering me same day delivery if I was in Cape Town and ordered before 07h30. Were they tracking my PC? Was this a scam? Was it just a coincidence?😅😂
I then looked up the store address and it came up as Portland, Oregon, USA - strange 🤨
I did, however, take a chance after reading other Trust Pilot reviews and I am so glad I did. I placed my order around 8am this morning and I received the correct items, in perfect working condition, before 4pm.
So what I'm saying is: if you have doubts - don't. You won't regret it😏
