Horrible customer experience.
After spending more than $320 online with this company, I received an email claiming that my biometics (ID and face scan, I'm not kidding) will need to be captured by a 3rd party against my will (iDenfy) for me to receive my order.
They never ask you BEFORE you purchase whether that's ok, nor do they tell you what this mysterious third party is going to do you with your face, address, data, biometrics.
If the alleged goal here is to verify that I'm not 14 years old trying to smoke spending hundreds on cigars mind you, not cigarettes or vapes, then why would they not accept a scan of my ID (drivers' license or passport)?
Smoke Inn could verify it themselves, like many other online shops are doing, but transferring this to a third party and not letting their customers chose is scandalous.
Never again with these clowns.
