Wish i could give 0 star. A total scam. Could use a hanging drinking straw and it would give the same effect.
Only after contacting them twice and try to cancel is when they said it was already on it's way. Took 40 days for it to arrive.

Not even one star , have been waiting since March , contacted them in May said item was lost in post , I asked for refund they said too late item will arrive in next two weeks now in August & still waiting , so angry , notice their not advertising the product anymore

They are selling a massive scam and everyone should be aware of it.

There is no technology in the product, just a piece of metal, worth discarded!!!

Waited an age for this to arrive. Emailed for a refund and was offered half price on my next order.
It finally arrived and it’s CRAP DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Packaged in an envelope and that’s it. No box. 😡

Wish i would have looked on here first. Ordered 2 of these pipes 2 weeks ago thinking the company was UK based, only to find they are coming from China which guarantees they will be rubbish and cheap. Have received various emails apologising for the delay and i have today responded to ask for a refund. Very misleading advertising, i have no doubt if they ever arrive they will be a waste of money

The delivery was 1 month overdue
The actual product is like sucking through a metal straw with NO benefits whatsoever I wasted my money. The quit smoking guides were non existent. The product preys on people with an addiction. Don't buy it.

Obviously a scam like others saying.I ordered and requested a refund as the item is a £0.50 worth of small metal tube..Impossible to return as they return address not exist..If you pay with paypal raise the complain straight away as paypal only bother to solve your issue with limited time..

Absolute scam! No draw back resistance. It is literally a hollow tube. So angry that I paid so much money for a $2 Temu trinket.

Item ordered 9th may paid £19.99 for this product and at 20th may nothing received. Keep being told catching up with orders. Please do not be scammed by this company.

The breathing pipe does absolutely nothing other than give me a sore throat.
Zero recognisable breathing resistance
Zero recognisable benefit to beating cravings or reduce anxiety
Chain looks quite lovely and pipe is sweet.
Completely flaming useless in my experience and totally failed in the advertised benefits
Feel conned out of my money.

I wish I'd have looked on here before wasting £20 on this. You get nothing like what's advertised in the picture. No resistance in the device whatsoever either. If I could give it no stars I would. Total scam!!

This company is a scam…..do not go near them

Absolute scam. Ordered the product over 2 months ago and have still not received it. After multiple emails back and forth and nonsense explanations about how the courier has been delayed, I’ve all but given up. Don’t waste your money

False advertising, no resistance element at all, can buy the same device off Temu for £0.70.

Just a cheap metal tube.

Dont answer emails and return address is a University, not a business or even a house.

No replies to emails for return and refund.

Have raised case with PayPal.

Received today after weeks of waiting, came in a plastic baggie, absolutely useless product no resistance at all. Have requested a refund. DO NOT BUY!!

Like everyone else I had to wait weeks and when it did come it is just a tube. No resistance at all. I’ve had to open a case against them with PayPal to try and get my money back. I’ve tried to email today and they have blocked me from sending messages.

Reported to bank as item never received.
Emails sent to them resulted in replies claiming item was sent and apologising.

Item never arrived and they have now disputed the refund claim with my bank.

Total fraud and complete SCAM.
