Great professional service from start to finish from Sonny. Great communication throughout and after. Reputable air conditioning company who do everything correctly. Nice tidy install. Our Daikin system been working great and been enjoying the warmer days and nights alot cooler now. Would definitely recommend.
SMLS provided a detailed quotation setting out their proposals. Quotation was very competitive. Sonny provided start & completion date which were kept to. Sonny & Neil arrived at 8am and worked neatly & efficiently throughout the day completing the twin split installation at 4.30 pm.
I have worked in the Building Services industry all my working life (albeit in the commercial sector) & therefore have knowledge of these installations.
Based on our installation I would highly recommend SMLS .

Although we had trouble getting an AC unit, for which I blame Trump lol, SMLS kept me informed every step of the way. The whole thing was installed with minimal disruption and is a life changer, the technicians were quick and professional and now we have a great temperature at all times, would highly recommend these guys to any one, great job lads
From the first contact with Sonny, through to the completion of the installation, the process was straight forward. Sonny advised us on the type of equipment to have installed and kept us updated on the delivery of the equipment and likely installation dates. His installer was great and explained the various options for using the air conditioner and tidied up once he'd finished. I would recommend Sonny & his team and will call him first for any further installations in future.

Installation went extremely well by a lovely chap who went to extreme lengths to ensure every measurement was correct even before he started to install our unit - he was a kind, courteous and conscientious chap and gave us clear and concise instructions on how to operate the unit, even downloading the app process was made easy by him. I would have no hesitation in recommending the installer and the heating unit to anyone looking to have this unit installed by him and the unit recommended by him - the unit itself has been a godsend to us and wish we had chosen this unit sooner. I would give a rating of 10/10 for both the unit and the installer The installation took place in October 2025. (Not 06 02 2026 as stated) pressed wrong date by mistake oops

The company was very helpful considering alternative configurations, came up with clear plans and did a quick, neat installation despite a rather awkward location.
The system is working well and seems, as claimed, to generate quite a lot of heat from a small amount of electricity this winter. It is so quiet that I can't hear it at all
