Ordered from the company and they don't just do diamond art diamonds they sell other items. Ordered in extra diamonds that needed and were sent within a few days. Thank you so much will order from again ☺️

Would be 0 stars if it was possible .ordered diamond art drills .ended up getting refund after every excise under the sun .Still never showed up to this day .Will never order again .scam

I ordered a bespoke diamond painting kit from Smiths Beads. Although the order took a while to arrive it was worth the wait.
The rendering of my photograph was brilliantly done. The colour range on first inspection was unusual, but the end product is amazing.
I had some concerns at the start of this project. Mike and his team were happy to help and I felt reassured.

Extremely happy with the pictures Smiths Beads have done for us, I would highly recommend them, the prices are fair and the quality is fantastic

I will definitively purchase more kits from them, i live in Spain and because of the pandemic there was a delay with the delivery. But when my package arrived it was in perfect conditions, everything was correct, no mistakes with the quantity. The drills are really good.
But above all, they have a really nice and kind customer service, they reply almost at the moment and they are really fast giving you all the information that you need.

What a company!

I wanted to do a project that I knew from the get go was going to be expensive due to sheer size. I contacted Smiths Beads and asked about instalment payments - they immediately set up a layaway with no time limit for me!

I asked a whole books worth of questions and they answered promptly and with great knowledge of the craft too!

It took my a year to pay off my layaway, at the end of February. They made me aware the knitting up would take 30 days or more, and they also linked me products for storage when I asked and set up another layaway for that too!

Then coronavirus hit.

It took 4 weeks for the drills to arrive to them, and they messaged me straight away to let me know about the delay. I was then told they had shipped the diamonds separately (at their expense) as the canvas was still not with them, so I could sort them ready to start. The canvas took a few more weeks but the second they had it in hand they messaged me to tell me when it would be collected and to provide me with tracking information.

Honestly, this customer service goes above and beyond. Could I have got the drills and canvas cheaper by buying from China and having it delivered myself? Probably. Would I have gotten even a smidgeon if customer support like I got with Smiths Beads? Not a chance.

Loyal customer for life! May the team stay safe and healthy through the pandemic, and thank you for everything!

I have bought kits and every one has been top quality canvas picture and diamond gems, i will be buying more in the near future so thank you smiths beads for you great service and product and customer service
