Absolutely the best Estate/Letting agaents in the town.
Staff are brilliant, always been kept upto date with things,and any queries are sorted pretty much the same day.
Have used the letting side for a while now and have never had a problem.
Recently used the sales team to purchase our new home, and they too have been brilliant

only negative I can find is that thier for sale boards are too dark compared to other agency boards, especially if placed up high or against a dark background

Amazing staff and follow-ups

We used the Hartlepool branch to sell our home and they've been great! This is the first time we sold a house and we needed help to navigate the process. The whole team (Craig, Rachael, Nicola, Steph, Joanne - everyone we dealt with) have been professional and supportive. They have also been honest and reassuring when needed. Highly recommend.

I was really concerned about being so far away through the process and not being able to liase in person, however i need not have worried. Valuations have been realistic, the team maintain good contact with buyers and, most importantly, chasing solicitors as required to keep sales moving forward.
We would have no reservations using them for further sales.

Marketing & photographs taken ensured our property sold within 48 hours of going onto Rightmove.
We had issues with someone else in the chain but Smith & Friends were happy to chase our Solicitor on our behalf and staff were always friendly & helpful.

really great experience very proffesional

The sale of my house, like many these days unfortunately proved not to be the most straight forward, however Smith and Friends were great throughout. The initial observations, photos, marketing of the property were excellent and this helped generate lots of interest while the property was on the market. Due to properties popularity, it did get slightly challenging at times with the amount of emails received for confirmed viewings, however I would rather it be this way than it generate little or no interest. The online portal is a very good way of checking where you are at with a property, and can imagine this being extremely useful with people who own multiple properties. Overall, experience and communication was great during a challenging property sale which got there in the end!
