I have made my order on September 18th 2021 and it never arrived.. at first smiling socks would answer my emails, but not anymore. I would wish to cancel my order and receive the money back, but they didn’t answer that email either..
I am very disappointed with my experience with them..

Total scam, never received my Socks weeks and weeks after placing my order and every time I email them they just tell me they’ll do something about it but really nothing has progressed at any point. Ever.
Avoid at all costs

I placed my order on the 23rd of April and received an automatic confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Following this number 2 weeks later, I ended up at the Deutsche Post Track & Trace website. They have received the order information but the parcel was never shipped. In other words, a fake shipment number was generated but there is no package. Save your money and order elsewhere...

Update: I received my order on the 25th of May, more than a month after I ordered. Following the tracking number they gave me, I could see that Smiling Socks was responsible for most of this delay, as the parcel was not handed to DHL until very recently. It's a pity because the socks themselves are nice and of good quality.
