This company told me I had signed and received my package which is a lie. The courier abandoned my package without my permission. Do not buy from this company

Not an Australian site as advertised and is sent from an unknown international origin. Delivery took weeks to receive. Quality is poor at best and not at all like advertised. Do not waste your money. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered coffee colour. They sent grey and tried to convince me coffee is the same colour as grey!!! Would not recommend

I purchased two beds of incorrect size and wanted to change them. What followed was lengthy email chain with everything BUT a returns process. The latest claiming the majority of their customers are in the USA so I would need to pay for this (completely at odds with their stated policy and location) I am currently passing this to trading standards

I ordered the snuggle cave in error and cancelled the order within 10 mins of ordering which they acknowledged. And it does say on their cancellation policy that orders can be cancelling up until shipping. Well they did not cancel my order and shipped it a week after order was placed and I got a ridiculous response advising they can’t cancel orders when the have been shipped. I have put a clam through my bank to get a refund and I will be refusing delivery. They also say they are uk based which is false.

This company is more fake than a pair of fake boobs.

Do not order from this company. I purchased a dog bed just before Christmas. I received an email to say my order had been delivered but I actually hadn't received the item. Long story short the delivery address had changed in auto fill and had reverted my postcode to an old address. The only response I had was saying it was my responsibility and that the item had been delivered to the address specified. My argument is that it couldn't have been delivered as the address on the delivery doesn't exist and it was down to their delivery team to check that the postcode and address marry up. All I've received is an automated response saying my order was delivered successfully. I am now using my credit card company to claim the refund. I would never order from them again, there customer service is non existent and the way the company is being run is not acceptable.

I ordered in good faith an XL pet bed. I understood 30 day returns. There was no address to return although it was delivered from Cannock. After a week of struggling to return been offered discount to keep to in the end advised I would have to pay shipping costs to the USA including import charges. The quality is substandard and save yourselves the hassle I have endured. I now have a pet bed unfit for purpose. I am reporting to trading standards
