- Minus one star

- Minum one star. Steer clear of them. I ordered one tube and get one free. They charged me for one tube and one tube plus get one free. it said free shipping so they charged me for shipping. After some emails they said they will refund one amount. I have told them I want the full £26.99 refund. They have ignored me and are saying it has been shipped. They also say a new tube with the same contents. Then when I ordered they said it is the old style tube. They are scamming me. Do not trust them. I have cancelled the complete order as is my right. They obviously do not know the law.

Pls don't buy I ordered 2tubes direct…

Pls don't buy I ordered 2tubes direct from smile and joys website 4 months before they sent genuine product then 2 weeks before ordered from smile and joys again 4 tubes but they sen fake product not genuine. contacted customer service they refused to refund or accept return. don't buy. 1st they will impress the customers by sending good one then if yu order more they will cheat.
