The machine arrived without a charger then I had to buy a new adapter externally because no one would even reply to one email from the company even after that the machine doesn’t work and can’t return it

Outstanding support following an unfortunate start.
Unfortunately my unit was delivered faulty and was no one’s fault. I don’t often update reviews but do think this one needs an amendment. Finally when Customer Service came back to me the support was superb. Very quickly a replacement was sent on trust that I would return the faulty unit. They bent over backwards to put right what had initially gone wrong, culminating in an email from the CEO. I may have been a little harsh in my initial review but this was in part that I needed the counter working for a Social Media event. Having had the unit successfully running for a few weeks I feel it only fair to reflect the outstanding service I subsequently received.

I and the customers get so excited to watch the numbers click and move. All I have to ask is "Do you follow us on Instagram?" Even if they say yes, I say well double check because when you "FOLLOW", you make the counter move. The phones come out and Smirll numbers start moving! Its a Win-Win!!!
Really bad experience
Good afternoon, I don't even know where to start counting... I bought three Instagram counters, one was broken, another was broken and one worked.
I sent emails to several people from smirll, they told me that I would have to do a calibration to the machine took days to send me the email with the link and with the information of what I should do... I did it several times and it didn't work, I recorded a video doing the calibration and sent it by email they told me to pack and send it back... they sent me an email days ago with a collection of the ups I arrived at the collection site the collection was in us I'm in Portugal... some more emails explaining that I was another customer they sent me the collection paper with my name and everything was right I sent the two counters the party and what doesn't work even after calibration, they contacted me from Smiirl asking why I had sent two counters and if at the Chronopost station they had told me about overweight...
Result I bought three accountants at the end of May we are in the middle of July and I only have one I'm still waiting for them to honor the commitment to send me two functional accountants... communication with your company is too bad to be true...
The product is funny and I think it results in an increase in followers but they really take a long time to act on customer problems.... I'm still waiting for two functional counters today is July 11 and I paid at the end of May...

The Smirl to boost our motivation
The Smirl is well design, very pretty and easy to use. It gives us a way to push our self a little more everyday, because it gives us instant (almost) review of our work.
Good & bad
The items look great but it arrived damaged, numbers were not attached, missing half of a zero abd very difficult to connect online.
For the amount of money we are spending i was expecting better service and quality.
The company still has not written back to me.

Everything has gone according to plan
Everything has gone according to plan! A custom-designed Google Review counter graphic was created for our Smiirl. It was shipped with care in a timely manner. And the unit is well-made and easy to set up. Our team is seeing the effort to do well and gain Google Reviews every day as they walk in and are around our showroom, and talk about it, especially when someone hears the little flip of the numbers. Thank you!
Great Service / Support
Easy ordering, really quick delivery (normally it takes some weeks to The Canary Islands), despite ordering a reconditioned counter, it was in great order, like new!
I did have a few issues with connecting it because of this, BUT, Veronika in the service team was incredible!!
We tried a few things by email, and when it still wouldn´t connect to my WiFi, Veronika booked me a video call with her, to walk me though it.
Within 15 minutes of the start of the call, I was happy to say "It works!!"
In just 2 days, we have seen a 200% uplift in our follows, as people see the counter and want to watch their follow tick over.
It´s a great talking point, and our staff are excited about it and mention it to our guests (we are a busy bar/restaurant in Tenerife).
