I requested a return of the sent pedal…

I requested a return of the sent pedal or a refund. The pedal you sent me is not the one I ordered. Whether it's on purpose or by accident, I don't get into it. For now, I will report the case on Trustpilot and to the ECC address, and if you ignore it, I will take further actions as recommended by my lawyer. I know that the amount I paid is not large, but I was offended by the service, which is not correct, and I will fight for my right by all means, even if it takes years.

Definitely a fraud

Definitely a fraud! I paid for an item and what I got was something completely different, useless to me and absolutely not worth the price I paid.

They charged me €41.93, including delivery costs.
After one month the product I received had nothing to do with what was shown and described.What's more, the support team behind these email addresses has never responded. BrandonMcconnell4016
