Internet terrible

Been with smarty for years with mobile SIM.
I bought broadband only SIM for £18; a month, over 4 months ago and all the internet does is crash,
It's really doing my head in keep turning every thing off having to sign back in, it's been the same with my mobile internet for the last 3 days can't phone any one, can't watch my TV programs or contact any one it's bad,
I am going back to my old internet supplier as can't take this anymore , avoid the broadband better to pay a few pounds more a month then to tolerate this, the TV says got WiFi no internet.. account .7376241879.
