I easily made my reservation online before my cruise. Once the ship arrived, we easily walked 3 minutes to the rental office at the port. The car was ready and waiting for us. I was given the key and off we went. It was an easy and great experience. We would have never reached the beaches we visited without a car. If you arrive by cruise ship to Curaçao use Smart Car Rental!

I’m glad to have rented a scooter with Smart wheels at The ritz Village. It was really quick and easy.
The rental agent even gave me great tips and places to visit in priority. I recommend.

Scam artists. I’m currently using my credit card provider to make a claim under sec 75. They have not replied to a cancellation and refund letter, failed to supply instructions on my consumer rights of return. Thankfully I’m in a position to sit back and let the process play out - stay clear

The pickup and drop-off went ferry smooth. We recommend it if you go to curaçao to rent an car at smart wheels.

Professional approach, we had a KiaPicanto car within 30 minutes. Clean, fuelled up and easy to handle. All papers via mail, no hussle with paperwork.

Great Staff , good car, good rate

The rental really made a positive impact on our vacation - we loved touring the island and seeing the sites. The young man who made the arrangements was very good and cooperative, unfortunately him being alone at the desk does cause long waits for clients and a second staff member to run and check on vehicle status, or shuttle cars back an forth for service users would really make for a positive experience. The young man can't do it all in a timely manner when left on his own.

Reasonable price and I did not have to wait for a car. I expected an American vehicle, but received a SUV made in China which turned out OK. Suggest paying for all insurance option and pre-paying to fill gas tank.

Super easy to walk in and get our key. Our little Kia Picante was brand new and clean. We loved the great gas mileage. Our only complaint is that we got our car at the cruise port and when it was time to return it and get on the ship, the office was locked and no one around. I called twice with no answer. My husband had to search around the port area and finally, after 10 minutes or so, he found someone. They stated their person never showed…how bout a sign on the door or something? We shouldn’t have to track them down. Anyways, that was our only issue. Otherwise, everything was great!
