CozyWrap Scam

We were suckers and bought a CozyWrap Leg & Foot Heater from this website. The thing looks like it's supposed to, but it doesn't work. It turns on, but the warmest setting is 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and you can't even feel anything coming off of the surface area of this "heater" and feel no difference when it's around your legs. It's completely deceptive marketing compared to what's advertised on the web listing as "full 360-degree coverage, warmth on all sides". We had to go through all kinds of hoops to get cleared to return it, but were told we have to pay the return shipping from the U.S. to (get this)...Spain. Which according to quotes we've gotten is hundreds of dollars. I paid with a credit card so will inquire into any buyer protections we have there, but this is absurd. Please learn from my mistake!

This is a scam trash company…

This is a scam trash company advertising on Facebook. Paid $51 for a kangaroo pouch hoodie that was so poorly sewn that there was a hole in the bottom of the pouch big enough to put my arm through. In addition, the hoodie was advertised as fleece, but the item I received was more like a cheap Santa Claus suit material. After a month of back and forth trying to get a refund thru PayPal they finally agreed to refund the money, but I have to pay return shipping. So basically they sent me a deceptive, defective hoodie and Im forced to pay to ship this trash back to get my $51 returned. DO NOT get suckered in by this company like i did! Go to Amazon and buy the real thing for a lot less.
