Delivery date ?? - ?? - 20?? Not good enough

I have been waiting and waiting for over a YEAR for this product and the responses to my enquiries were vague and unprofessional to say the least.

Your order was shipped on the 14th of February using DPD's next working day service and is expected to arrive on Monday due to the weekend. (Tracking information was sent via email.)

I appreciate your honest feedback. I understand that the delivery took much longer than expected, which was out of our control. Additionally, we received limited information from the manufacturer, which is why there wasn’t much to relay back to you. We have sent out a few updates in our newsletters and shared as much information as we could gather from the manufacturer and trusted sources.
